TVTonic - Vodcast aggregator with TV interface

WaveExpress has recently announced a new version of its Video Podcast aggregator software TVTonic.

TVTonic lets you subscribe to video podcasts (vodcasts) such as RocketBoom and Diggnation by browsing its directory of online TV episodes and even includes high definition vodcasts.

TVTonic works seamlessly with Windows Media Center Edition (MCE) and now includes support for Vista and can be used with an Xbox 360 if you have a Media Center Edition PC.

It also works without MCE but unfortunately it only works in Internet Explorer and does not support other browser.

What it Does

TVTonic works like other vodcast aggregators such as Democracy Player or Instant Media. However, TVTonic has a much friendlier interface that you would expect from a TV program.

TVTonic feels much more like an EPG on a set top box than a PC software program. While it is more aesthetic and simpler than its competitors like Democracy Player or Instant Media it does lack more advanced features
